- With the buyer whose offer you accept, in order to facilitate vehicle pickup and payment.
- If you reject an offer and request a callback, we may share your phone number with up to three potential buyers for negotiation purposes.
No other third parties will have access to your phone number, and we strictly avoid telemarketing practices. Your information is never shared for marketing or data brokering purposes.
4. Retention of Your Information
We retain your personal information as long as necessary to:
- Facilitate the sale and pickup of your vehicle.
- Address any issues related to vehicle ownership transfer, which may arise up to one year after the transaction.
Once these purposes have been fulfilled, your data will be securely deleted from our system unless you request otherwise.
